The OneNUHS App is a mobile healthcare app that aims to empower and engage patients to take charge of their health. Developed by National University Health System (NUHS) and Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS) Pte Ltd, this free app allows users to access health information and services across NUHS institutions. Patients can manage their appointments, register on the go, request medication refills, purchase and download medical reports, view and make payments for outstanding bills, and access the app using biometric data such as fingerprint and facial recognition.
The app also provides features like linking to ‘MyInfo’ in Singpass for a more convenient set up of ‘My Profile’, pre-filling appointment and medication request forms, enabling caregiver consent to access app functions, viewing health records such as lab test results, immunisation and prescription records, obtaining recommendations on health screenings and vaccinations based on demographics and health status, and interacting with the chatbot to obtain information on clinic operating hours and other commonly asked questions. OneNUHS App uses Google Fit and HealthKit to access health information via health devices. The app is available on Android and has an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and use.
